The Local Council of Sector 3 is preparing to discuss, in the meeting next Wednesday, two draft resolutions aimed at increasing certain credits by a total amount of 339.3 million lei.

The first project proposes to increase a credit of 200 million lei, approved in August 2024, by 250 million lei, maintaining the lending period of 228 months and a grace period of 36 months.

The funding will be used for the expansion, strengthening, and modernization of several schools and kindergartens in the sector, with non-reimbursable European funds. The second project provides for the increase of a credit of 440 million lei, approved in 2025, by 89.3 million lei, for investments in the energy efficiency of residential buildings and the renovation of over 40 educational institutions.

Both projects are justified by the necessity of carrying out investment works financed from the local budget and European funds.
