The interim mayor Stelian Bujduveanu states that the salaries in the Capital City Hall are the highest in local public administration, ranging from 13,000 to 19,000 lei net.

Stelian Bujduveanu stated that the employees of the Capital City Hall have the highest salaries in local public administration, with a director earning 13,000 lei net and the deputy mayor 18,000 lei. In comparison, the President of Romania receives 15,500 lei. Bujduveanu emphasized that the salaries of the heads of municipal companies are capped at the level of the deputy mayor and criticized the unjustified increases in salaries in these companies.
