The Government's spokesperson, Ioana Dogioiu, stated that the Executive is waiting for the reasoning of the Constitutional Court before deciding the next steps regarding the special pension law for magistrates. She specified that the CCR's decision was procedural, not substantive, and that there is still no agreement within the governing coalition regarding the form of the future law. When asked about Sorin Grindeanu's statements, which suggested that the Government should resign if the normative act is rejected again, Dogioiu avoided commenting.
