Representatives of the Government and AtkinsRéalis Canada discussed the modernization of Unit 1 and the preparation of reactors 3 and 4 at the Cernavodă NPP.

During a working meeting, representatives of the Romanian Government and those of AtkinsRéalis Canada analyzed the status of the modernization project of Unit 1 at the CNE Cernavodă, as well as the preparation of reactors 3 and 4. The main goal of this collaboration is to strengthen Romania's energy security and develop clean energy through effective coordination at the governmental and international levels. AtkinsRéalis Canada will play an essential role in the modernization of Unit 1, thus contributing to the improvement of the country's energy infrastructure. This initiative is part of a broader strategy for transitioning to more sustainable and efficient energy sources.
