The former collector brush factory for electric motors in Colentina will be demolished to allow for the construction of a residential complex. The NCH Capital group, active in the real estate market in Romania, will coordinate this project, alongside the Auto Zetec Car service, which owns neighboring properties.

The project involves the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of buildings with 4 and 5 floors. This is NCH's second attempt to urbanize the property, following a Zonal Urban Plan made in 2012.

Additionally, NCH has attempted to sell its portion of the property, with an estimated price of 900,000 euros. The NCH group, founded in 1993, has a significant presence in Romania, managing various businesses and properties.
