Robo, the museum surveillance robot, was introduced at the Art Museum in the Palace of Culture in Iași to ensure compliance with good conduct rules. It uses geolocation technology to navigate among the exhibits and to communicate with visitors, reminding them not to touch the paintings and to maintain a distance of one meter. Visitors appreciate the robot's politeness, and its price is around 12,000 euros.
