The incident took place on September 8, when the police were alerted that a 10-year-old minor was tied with a chain to a table and locked in the house. His father, a 36-year-old man, was detained for 24 hours and received a temporary protection order. The child was placed in a protection center, and the police opened a case for mistreatment of the minor and deprivation of liberty.
