The National Environmental Guard was notified regarding the illegal collection of construction waste on Splaiul Unirii, Bucharest, following a phone call.

Inspections carried out on May 26, 2026, revealed that a company was collecting construction waste without an environmental permit and without complying with environmental protection standards. Following the findings, the economic operator was fined 60,000 lei, and the collection activity was suspended until the necessary documents were obtained.

Additionally, the company is required to remove the stored waste, ensuring that the land meets environmental protection requirements. This action highlights the importance of complying with environmental legislation in economic activities.
