Marius Lazurca, presidential advisor, announced on platform X that the Romanian ambassador to Iran, Mirela Grecu, and the entire embassy staff are safe following the airstrikes launched by the USA and Israel against Iran. Lazurca mentioned that, at the request of the President of Romania, he maintains constant contact with the Embassy in Tehran, which continuously informs about the current situation.

He also emphasized that he is in direct contact with Ambassador Radu Ioanid and the team of the Romanian Embassy in Tel Aviv, ensuring that the information is updated and that the diplomatic staff is safe.
