The proposed resolution project by the Capital City Hall aims to restrict the circulation of supply, courier, and sanitation vehicles during peak hours, in order to reduce traffic congestion. Stelian Bujduveanu, the interim mayor, estimates a reduction of over 150,000 vehicles, thus improving the flow of public transport. Exceptions will be made for emergency and intervention vehicles. Non-compliance with the rules will be penalized with significant fines.
