Border police discovered bicycles and electric scooters, suspected to be stolen, with a total value of over 200,000 lei, in Nădlac and Siret.

In Nădlac, a car and a minibus were stopped for inspection, discovering fourteen bicycles (eight electric) and ten electric scooters, without documents of origin. One of the drivers did not have a driving license. In Siret, a 70-year-old man, with dual Romanian and Ukrainian citizenship, was caught transporting two disassembled bicycles, which were reported stolen in Germany. All individuals involved are being investigated for possession, and one of the drivers is also being investigated for driving without a license. The confiscated goods will be further investigated.
