ANPC director Paul Anghel denounces the precarious conditions of the amusement park in Eforie Nord, describing it as a "monument to carelessness", full of broken tiles and unevenness. He points out that the situation is not the exception but the rule, and that the space which should be attractive and safe for families is left in a state of disrepair. Anghel draws attention to the superficial authorization of these spaces and suggests that tourists choose other destinations because of the authorities' indolence. He concludes that the park retains its name purely out of nostalgia, while the real fun lies in observing its shortcomings.
