The Administration of the Environmental Fund has filed a criminal complaint against the operators of a site that manages an unauthorized platform that promises quick registration in the 2025 Auto Rabla Program.

The AFM accuses an unauthorized platform of misleading citizens, suggesting that it can facilitate quick and paid registration in the 2025 Auto Rabla Program. AFM representatives emphasize that registration will be done exclusively through the official application, free of charge and without intermediaries, starting from September 30, 2025. The president of AFM, Florin Bănică, condemned these unauthorized practices that exploit citizens' trust and affect the transparency of the program.
