Augustin Zegrean was asked, on Monday, at Digi 24, after the announcement of the president of the Constitutional Court Simina Tănăsescu regarding a new postponement, why the four judges who left the meeting on Sunday did not come to the session.

"Because they do not want to vote on this law. And the president of the Court does not know what she did, what she did not do, but she is the reporting judge and the report appeared through computers, everyone read it. And from the report, it is evident that it is for the rejection of the referral. And then surely they have no reason to come, as no one asked them anymore. An impact study is always needed. That no one takes it into account, that is another aspect. There are other countries that do not make 50 laws a week, they respect it very much, the parliamentarians spend a lot of time on the impact study, both before and after the adoption of the law. The one who proposes the law must also present the impact study. It is a large file that must be prepared for each law," Zegrean said.
