On Monday morning, a 14-year-old girl from the Răcoasa commune, Vrancea County, was found dead in an annex of her home. The police officers from the 10th Rural Police Station in Panciu were alerted via a 112 call around 10:00 AM, being informed that a minor was in a state of unconsciousness.

At the scene, a police crew and a crew from the Vrancea County Ambulance Service quickly intervened, performing resuscitation maneuvers, but they found the girl deceased. Sources from the investigators indicate that the teenager was found hanged.
