A 15-year-old girl died after reportedly falling from the eighth floor of an apartment building in Chișinău

A 15-year-old girl died on the morning of October 12 after allegedly falling from the eighth floor of a residential building in the Botanica sector of Chișinău municipality. Police were alerted around 5:40 a.m., and the crews that arrived at the scene found the girl’s lifeless body.

According to preliminary information, the teenager may have left a farewell note before the tragedy. Police stress, however, that these details are to be verified as part of the investigation.

The forensic examination identified no other injuries apart from those specific to a fall from a height. Law enforcement officers have launched an investigation to establish the exact circumstances of the incident and the cause of death.
