A 6-year-old child fell from the second floor in Sector 3 / Boy Undergoes Surgery

A 6-year-old child fell from the second floor of a building in Bucharest’s Sector 3. The incident was reported through a 112 emergency call, and officers from Precinct 13 went to the address to establish what had happened.

According to the information available, the boy fell from a balcony onto the hood of a parked car. The child suffered a femur fracture and was taken to hospital, where he immediately underwent surgery, according to sources.

At the time of the incident, the child was at home with his mother. Sources cited in the case claim that the woman had consumed alcohol. The General Directorate for Social Assistance and Child Protection was notified to assess the situation.

According to the same sources, the child’s father is the brother of singer Puya, and the minor’s parents are in the process of divorcing.

Police are continuing their investigation to establish the facts and take the appropriate legal measures. Once the checks are complete, the competent prosecutor’s office will be notified.
