The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) sent, on Thursday evening, after the judges of the Bucharest Court of Appeal suspended the hearing of a case in which a cancer patient requested the assurance of treatment, that "the real responsibility for guaranteeing access to medications and oncological treatments lies with the Romanian state through the competent authorities."
