SWAT officers conducted a search, finding over 1,000 samples of potentially dangerous biological materials, mainly in a garage. The property manager, Ori Solomon, was arrested for hazardous waste disposal. Authorities used precautionary measures, including a robot, to clean the area. The homeowner, Jia Bei Zhu, is already in federal custody for an unauthorized biological laboratory in California. Zhu, a Chinese citizen, is accused of manufacturing medical devices without authorization and has ties to criminal organizations. His lawyer denies involvement in the Las Vegas laboratory.
