A man was caught after setting fire to four cars in Arad. He was allegedly instigated by another person.

<p>Investigators have managed to catch the man suspected of torching four cars in Arad last week. It seems that the individual was instigated by another person, who is currently being questioned. The arson was allegedly linked to some debts the man had. He was caught on CCTV and was arrested for aggravated destruction.
