Oana Nedelcu, the coordinating teacher of a group of 28 students from Vrancea, has stated that the trip to Dubai, initiated on February 22, had an educational purpose, focused on technology and smart infrastructure. After the suspension of flights, the students are accommodated in a hotel and receive constant support from the Romanian authorities. Recreational and educational activities are organized in the hotel to keep them occupied. Although there is no clear plan for return, the teacher is monitoring the situation and collaborating with the consulate to ensure the safety of the group.
