The government approved, on Thursday, an ordinance that stipulates that disadvantaged individuals will continue to benefit from social vouchers for food products and hot meals worth 250 lei, until the end of this year, in two tranches of 125 lei each. For the year 2025, the estimated total number of beneficiaries is 1,623,336 individuals, and the budgetary effort for funding these cards is 372 million lei, announced the Minister of Investments and European Projects, Dragoș Pîslaru.
