A shepherd from Vaslui County discovered a drone that had fallen with an explosive payload in the Viișoara commune. The authorities were notified only after 30 minutes.

Marcel Bogoș, a shepherd from Vaslui County, discovered a crashed drone in a field in the Viișoara commune. He noticed a black object, approached the drone, and without knowing what it was, pulled on its wires, thus stopping the noise and lights. The man stated that he was not afraid of a possible explosion, as he had no knowledge about the flying device.

Before he reached the drone, he noticed a white vehicle nearby, and another resident called 112 to report the discovery. Authorities arrived at the scene, and the perimeter was secured. A bomb disposal team from the SRI intervened, and the explosive charge was detonated in a controlled manner. This situation raised concerns in the community and raised questions about the safety of flying devices in the area.
