A crash on the A3 highway near Ploiești has left one person unconscious and six in critical condition. Traffic is stopped.

On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, a serious accident occurred on the A3 highway near Ploiești, when a car carrying eight people crashed into a median parapet. One person is unconscious and six others are in a critical condition. Traffic was brought to a complete standstill on the Ploiești direction and the intervention was coordinated by ISU Prahova, which sent several ambulances and an SMURD helicopter. This incident comes after another tragic accident on the A1 where two young people lost their lives.
