Sebastian Vieru, a businessman from Brașov known as the person who allegedly brought the Tate brothers to Romania for the first time, was caught by the police while driving with a suspended license.
He was stopped by the police on the night of May 14, 2026, around 02:30, on Carol I Boulevard in Sinaia. During the checks, it was found that his driving license had been suspended since March 8, 2026. Although he was tested with a breathalyzer, the result was negative; however, Vieru refused to be tested with the DrugTest device. The police decided to take him to a medical unit for the collection of biological samples to determine the presence of psychoactive substances.
In this case, a criminal file was opened for driving a vehicle without a license.
Sebastian Vieru has been associated with the Tate brothers, whom he brought to Romania in 2014 to help them organize the RXF gala, according to sources from G4Media and BBC.
