Brașov Police carried out eight searches, including at DSVSA, in a corruption case related to the organization of competitions for positions.

The police in Brașov, under the coordination of the case prosecutor, carried out eight searches as part of a corruption investigation. Of these, seven took place at the homes of individuals, and one at the headquarters of the Sanitary-Veterinary and Food Safety Directorate (DSVSA) Brașov.

The investigation focuses on how certain competitions for filling positions within the institution were organized and conducted. At the end of the searches, several individuals will be taken to the prosecutor's office for hearings and for necessary legal measures to be taken, depending on their procedural status. The actions benefit from the support of the Criminalistics Service and the Special Actions Service from Brașov.
