The Bucharest police conducted searches at lawyer Mihai Rapcea, accused of distributing fascist, racist, and legionary messages on social media.

On June 25, 2026, police officers from the General Police Directorate of Bucharest, under the coordination of the Prosecutor's Office next to the Bucharest Court of Appeal, conducted three home searches in a criminal case concerning the distribution of fascist, legionary, and racist materials.

Lawyer Mihai Rapcea, aged 51, is suspected of having posted fascist and racist messages on social media. The searches aimed to identify and seize relevant goods for the investigation. The targeted individual has been located and will be heard. Investigations continue in collaboration with the Criminal Investigation Service, within a case investigating crimes related to the promotion of fascist and racist ideologies.
