The Ministry of Education issued a normative act blocking the payment of scholarships to private school students, affecting thousands of students. The law was approved on the last day of last year, leaving little time for payments to be made. The Ministry of Finance was authorized to make the necessary changes in the state budget to cover these scholarships, but the deadline for payments has been missed.
