The Association of Structural Design Engineers (AICPS) issued a serious warning after the devastating explosion in the Rahova neighborhood, highlighting the dangers for people approaching the affected building.
Experts mention that the building has a structure made of prefabricated panels, and the remaining floors in cantilever pose a high risk of collapse.
The fragile panels may give way, and large construction elements may fall, endangering anyone within 12 meters of the area.
