Following the success of the first bond issuance of 500 million euros, Romgaz has convened shareholders for September 20, 2025, with the agenda including the approval of the issuance of a second tranche and the admission of the bonds for trading on regulated markets. The first tranche attracted bids of nearly 6 billion euros, and the new proposal comes in the context of carrying out strategic projects, such as the development of the Neptun Deep gas field.
