Romanian authorities have opened an investigation against influencer Tristan Tate, accused of violating election laws by making political posts on social media on the day of the presidential election. The investigation targets a specific post, and Tate, the brother of the controversial Andrew Tate, denies the allegations. The two brothers have previously been arrested on charges of human trafficking and other crimes, but have maintained they are innocent. Tate has said he is not subject to Romanian laws as an American citizen.
