Andrew and Tristan Tate, influencers and former kickboxers, will be heard on Thursday at the federal court in Miami, at 10:00 AM, in front of Judge Lauren Louis, to request bail. The two brothers, arrested on July 18, contest the extradition requested by the United Kingdom, where they are accused of rape, assault, and human trafficking for sexual exploitation, charges involving four victims between 2010 and 2017.

Holders of dual American and British citizenship, the Tates have denied the allegations. Additionally, they face similar charges in Romania, where DIICOT accuses them of forming an organized criminal group and sexually exploiting victims using the 'loverboy' method.

American prosecutors believe that the Tate brothers could pose a danger to the community and there is a risk of flight, while their lawyers argue that public visibility would prevent them from fleeing. British authorities have until September 16 to submit the complete extradition request to the U.S.
