The fifteenth Formal Opinion from the OECD, obtained by Romania, attests to the country's capacity to implement the organization's tools and to comply with international standards in the field of research and innovation. This assessment, carried out by the Committee for Science and Technological Policy, highlights Romania's commitment to educational policies and research. The president of ANC, Andrei Alexandru, and the Minister of Education, Daniel David, emphasized the importance of this opinion for national development and integration into international science networks.
