Cristian Pistol, the director of CNAIR, stated that Romania is celebrating its first Christmas with a high-speed road infrastructure that connects the historical regions of the country: Muntenia, Moldova, Oltenia, and Dobrogea. The national highway network has reached 1,418 km, providing fast and efficient links between cities. Pistol highlighted the achievements of this year, including direct connections between Bucharest and Adjud, as well as between Craiova, Bucharest, and Constanta, which facilitate long-distance travel. He emphasized the importance of infrastructure for the safety of Romanians and the time spent at home.
