The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations has issued a RO-Alert message for the northern part of Tulcea County, warning citizens about the risk of falling objects from the air. The alert will last for about 90 minutes, and the authorities are asking the population to remain calm and respect safety measures. Citizens are advised to take shelter in cellars or civil defense shelters, and in their absence, to stay away from windows.
