Residents were urged to take protective measures during the air raid alert, which lasted approximately 90 minutes. The spokesperson for IGSU mentioned that no calls were registered to 112. This is not the first RO-ALERT in Tulcea, occurring also after previous attacks by Russia in Ukraine.
