Retail Plus Services, which produces the Romanian brands Carpați and Snagov, is facing considerable debts of 649.27 million lei to ANAF, most of which come from VAT and excise duties. Although it has rescheduled payments since 2018, the company has accumulated another 200 million lei in debts in recent months. With only 3 leased cars and 4 employees, recovering the damage through asset confiscation is impossible for the tax inspectors.
