A 47-year-old man has been remanded in custody for 30 days after stabbing another man in the abdomen in Sector 6 of the capital.

The assailant was initially detained for 24 hours and later remanded in custody on charges of attempted murder and disturbing the peace. The incident took place in front of a shop and the victim was stabbed twice with a knife in the abdomen. The motive of the attack was not established, as both were under the influence of alcohol.
