The storm caused effects in 60 localities across 20 counties, with the Capital being the most affected. Until Wednesday morning, ISU Bucharest-Ilfov received nearly 2,000 calls, with almost a thousand requests still pending. 19 nowcasting warnings were issued for Bucharest and Ilfov, where one person died after a tree fell on the car they were in.

For public information, 58 messages were issued through the RO-ALERT system in the context of hydrometeorological warnings at the level of 28 counties (AR, BH, BN, BR, BV, BZ, CJ, CL, CS, CT, DB, GJ, GR, HD, HR, IF, IL, MH, MM, MS, PH, SB, SJ, SM, SV, TL, TM, TR) and Bucharest municipality, as well as 9 messages through the CRAWL TVR system at the level of 8 counties (AR, BN, BV, HD, HR, MM, MS, SB).
