The authorities in Dâmbovița activated the Red Intervention Plan after several people showed symptoms of food poisoning at an event in Oncești.

The authorities in Dâmbovița activated the Red Intervention Plan last night, after cases of food poisoning were reported following an event held in the commune of Oncești.

At the end of the intervention, 30 people were transported to the hospital, of which 15 adults and 2 children required additional care after the initial assessment. Additionally, another 13 people presented themselves at the Emergency Reception Unit in Câmpulung, using their own means of transport.

The incident was reported via a call to the emergency number 112, which prompted the activation of the Red Plan to ensure an effective response. At the scene, 11 SMURD emergency vehicles, one vehicle for transporting multiple persons, 17 vehicles from the Dâmbovița County Ambulance Service, as well as various types of medical vehicles were mobilized.
