The Red Code warning for severe weather is in effect on Tuesday, between 1:10 PM and 2:30 PM, for the localities of Baia, Topolog, Casimcea, Slava Cercheză, Nalbant, Mihai Bravu, Izvoarele, Stejaru, Ciucurova, Beidaud, and Horia in Tulcea County. In these areas, torrential downpours are expected with accumulations of over 40 l/m², frequent lightning strikes, and intensifications of the wind, with strong gusts that can reach speeds of 70-80 km/h. Additionally, large hail is forecasted, with a diameter of over 4 cm. Authorities recommend caution and avoiding travel during the warning.
