The Râșnov City Hall has approved an innovative project aimed at transforming a real airplane, a Boeing 737, into a premium accommodation unit and tourist attraction. The urbanism certificate has been issued for a location situated in the Pănicel area, approximately 500 meters from DN73, towards Bran.

Răzvan Iancu, the spokesperson for the City Hall, emphasized that the project will be harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape, without causing discomfort to the community, and will attract a select audience in search of peaceful experiences in nature. Additionally, the transport of the airplane fuselage generated interest on social media, being filmed by traffic participants, but CNAIR confirmed that the transport was authorized.
