Radu Miruță, the Minister of Defense and interim Minister of Transport, announced the launch of an electronic form for citizens to express their encountered issues while traveling with CFR trains.

In the next two weeks, the collected data will be analyzed to identify the biggest problems and propose improvement measures. Miruță emphasized that, despite reports on paper, the reality of traveling is different, mentioning issues such as lack of air conditioning, delays, and lack of information. He personally tested the CFR call center, noting the lack of response. The minister summoned the directors of CFR Călători and CFR Infrastructură to discuss these issues, highlighting the need to enforce the law and sanction irregularities.

The form allows travelers to provide quick and easy feedback, aiming to obtain a real picture of the travel experiences.
