Radu Marinescu, the Minister of Justice, announced that he will present on Monday at the simple motion initiated by AUR against him, as well as at the debate 'Government Hour' organized by USR. He stated that he will respond to criticisms with specific and detailed information about the activities of the Ministry of Justice.


Marinescu highlighted his achievements, including strategies for the development of the judicial system, combating recidivism and corruption, as well as a project for the digitization of justice that will lead to the implementation of the national electronic file by 2026. He also emphasized the importance of random allocation of cases to ensure a fair trial. The AUR motion is titled 'Justice for Romania' and aims to transform justice into an efficient public service.
