MApN plans to purchase ships, drones and tugs for the Romanian Naval Forces in 2025.

Planned purchases include maritime patrol vessels, drones, tugs, tugs, portable anti-aircraft systems, CBRN equipment and multi-purpose wheeled transportation platforms. Modernization of some existing ship types is also planned. MApN has more than 70 equipment programs and significant equipment procurement.
