A protest organized by groups such as "Romania is under siege", "Corruption kills", "Resistance", "Initiative Romania" and "Association MEA" is taking place this evening, between 19:00 and 23:00, in Victory Square.

The protesters, who gathered in numbers of several hundred, are demanding justice and democracy, emphasizing that justice must be equal for all. The message of the protest refers to the recent decisions of the Ilfov Tribunal, which quickly suspended the PNL decisions against the liberal supporters of the Veștea Government, as well as the corruption case of Ciprian Ciucu.

Additionally, the protesters remind of Romania's recent history, including the bloody events of 1990, highlighting the importance of defending the rule of law and pro-European values. They urge citizens to join the fight against corruption and abuses of power.
