Oana Mizil filed a criminal complaint against Marian Vanghelie after he allegedly threatened her on Sunday at her home. The police, called via a 112 emergency call, assessed the situation and deemed that there was an 'imminent risk', which is why they decided to issue a protection order to ensure the victim's safety.
