Over 60% of employees in Romania declare that their current workplace mainly offers them stability, without sufficient opportunities for growth, or even keeps them in place. Only 14% feel completely secure in their job and trust their professional prospects, while half consider themselves relatively secure, but closely monitor changes in the company and the market, according to a survey conducted by the real estate developer Genesis Property.

This combination of stability and the need for adaptation is also reflected in the way employees describe their current professional journey. "Almost 47% say they are in a stage without major changes, while over 21% are focused on learning and adapting to keep pace with market transformations. Only about 13% consider themselves in a clear period of growth and development, which shows that, for many, the priority at the moment is maintaining professional relevance, not accelerating their career," according to the survey.
