On the occasion of the Day of Hungarians Everywhere, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan sent a message of respect and appreciation for the contribution of the Hungarian community in Romania to the development of the country. He emphasized that March 15 is a significant day for Hungarians, marked by the revolution of 1848, which promoted values such as freedom, dignity, and solidarity, essential for building modern Europe.
Bolojan reaffirmed the commitment of the Romanian Government to respect the rights and identity of all ethnic communities, promoting a climate of trust and dialogue. He highlighted that Romania can be a regional model of respect among communities and emphasized the importance of societal unity, especially in the current European context.
The Prime Minister concluded the message with well wishes for those celebrating this day, wishing them dignity and confidence in the future.
