PRIMA Development Group has started work on PRIMA Solis, a residential project on the former Antrefrig platform, with 950 apartments and an investment of 140 million euro.

PRIMA Solis will include nine residential buildings with 950 apartments on a 37,000 square meter site, equipped with more than 1,000 parking spaces and 60 charging stations for electric cars. The project, the first urban regeneration project on the former Antrefrig industrial platform, will be realized in four phases, with the first phase estimated for delivery in summer 2027. The total value of the development amounts to €140 million, including 2,500 sqm of commercial space. PRIMA Development Group, with over 20 years of experience, is a major player on the Romanian real estate market.
